About Stem Wine & Desserts
A new favorite gathering spot in Uptown Shelby, NC.
Welcome to STEM Wine & Desserts, located in charming Uptown Shelby. We are not a wine bar. We are not a bakery. We're more than just a place for desserts and wines- we are a cozy, curated space built from community love and creativity, with a big focus on connection! We proudly serve baked goods from Phyllis' Sweet Shop, wines from Baker Buffalo Creek Winery, Shelton Vineyards, and jams & jellies from a Gaston County small business producer. Whether you are drinking local wine or mocktails, or eating a local handmade jam- you are experiencing local flavors of North Carolina! We look forward to being a part of your story- from first dates, family night out, to monthly date nights, to wedding rehearsal dinners- we are excited to see the memories being made.

We currently have self-guided tasting flights on the menu. The flight includes 3oz decanters of your choice of four wines.
